How do I return an item? All returns must be pre-authorized by 3M Auto. You must obtain a Return Authorization prior to returning your item. Can I change my order? 3M Auto cannot change an order after it has been processed. However, you may return your order after you have contacted customer support and received a Return Authorization. How do you ship merchandise? Fed Ex will be used to deliver all orders. Delivery time will depend on the shipping option selected at time of checkout. Projected delivery times are as follow: • Fed Ex SmartPost will deliver packages in 2-7 business days depending on distance. • Fed Ex Home Delivery offers day-definite delivery in 1-5 business days depending on distance. We ship to the continental 48 states of the USA only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. We also do not ship to APO, P.O. Boxes, FPO, or DPO destinations. Can I request premium shipping? No. 3M Auto only offers two types of FedEx shipping at this time. Will all my products be shipped together? Not always. In-stock items will be shipped as soon as possible and back-ordered items will be shipped as they become available. Our shipping charge is based on the total amount of your order. You will not pay extra shipping for products that are not shipped together.
